How to check remaining daily limits in salesforce of API, emails and so on..

Step-1 Login in Workbench bench :

https://workbench.developerforce.com

Step -2 Jump to REST Explorer

Step -3 Click on the select button and then type in the box "/services/data/v53.0/limits" and click on execute then got all the Max limits and remaining limits.
